ALL grade 9 students are strongly encouraged to participate in Take Our Kids to Work Day on November 14th.

If you are a grade 9 student but in a grade 10 home room class, please come to guidance to pick of your Take Our Kids to Work Day permission form.

Nantyr Shores will be sending a group of students to the Change Your World Conference at York University on October 11. It's a full day - leaving at 7 a.m. and returning at 4:30 BUT it is filled with incredible workshops and speakers related to making a positive environmental change in your community and around the world. The cost is $25 and is available through school cash online. Please see Mr. Gaynik or Mrs. Dolbear to pick up your permission form. 

Hey Nantyr Book Club members!  We’ll be meeting again on Wednesday, same place, same time:  in the Smartboard room at the start of lunch.  Please bring a great book that you want to tell us about.  You’re welcome to bring your lunch, too.  So don’t forget:  Book Club meeting Today!!

Nantyr students!!  Are you looking for a chance to make a difference?  You can be the voice of youth in Innisfil by joining the Innisfil Youth Connex Committee! You will work on projects that inspire you, meet new people, build your resume and share your ideas with your government!   If you’re interested, please pick up an application in the library or the main office.

The Equity Team needs your help! Any students interested in painting a banner to promote an upcoming exciting event are welcome to come to room 122 (Ms. Taylor's art room) today at lunch.  We would love your help!  Also, the Equity Team will be having a meeting this Thursday at lunch in the library smartboard room.  This team plans great events with a goal to reduce racism, discrimination and bias.  New members are always welcome! 

Are you trying to save money for your tuition, a trip or a car? The annual OSSTF Student Achievement Awards competition is open and YOU could win $1000! All you have to do is create an original piece of writing, art, or media based on this year's theme: Ahead By A Century.  There are junior and senior grade awards.  Speak to Mrs. Lagace for more details!
