University of Toronto Family Medicine and RVH are partnering with Simcoe County school boards to present "what to expect at medical school". If you or a family member are interested in a future career in medicine, then please join us at Bear Creek Secondary School on Tuesday, November 27th at 6 p.m. Tests, finances, schedules and more will be discussed first-hand by residents, current med students and the teaching unit of U of T Family Medicine. Attention curlers: please see Ms. Boake today with your forms if you plan to try out for the curling team. We are looking for one or two more to play on the girl's team. The next practice is on Tuesday at 3pm at Stroud Curling Club. If you want to be on the team but can't make it to that practice, you must let Ms. Boake know.

Spirit week is happening! Today is twin day! We hope that you dressed up like your favourite bestie! At lunch today there are 3 legged races in the gym to compete in! Prizes to be won and only $1 to play! Tomorrow is Halloween and the annual haunted house! Come and check out the Haunted house filled with rooms inspired by Hollywood's finest horror movies! Admission is only $1 or a non perishable food item. Period 2 grade nines will come, period 3 grade 12's and 11's will come, and period 4 grade 10's will come! At lunch, there will be a costume contest so be sure to wear your costume to compete! Prizes to be won!
