Good Morning Nantyr! Today is Wednesday April 7. A beautiful day out there with sunny skies and double digit temperatures for the rest of the week. Spring has sprung!

Would the following students please see Dr. McGrath in Room 304 sometime today!
Ethan Junkins
Kayla Peddle

Good morning Nantyr students and staff! This week is Reduce Single-Use Plastics week. Today we are focusing on removing plastic bags and water bottles from our everyday use. Pay attention to what we are removing on Thursday and be prepared to bring a fully waste free lunch for Friday. Make sure to fill out the Reduce Single Use Plastics Google form link sent out on your class platform to help make a difference!

Attention all grade 12 Tritons:
Don't forget to buy your Graduation Cap & Gowns!! The cap and gown will be required if you would like to participate in the filming portion of our virtual commencement ceremony, and it’s yours to keep afterwards! They are available for purchase on School Cash Online for $25, until Thursday April 8th. If you already have a gown,
you may purchase a cap & tassel with 2021 graduating year charm for $10.

Message From the Parent’s Council:
Hey Nantyr! Interested in helping the school? Treat yourself to something from Johnny Burger and 10% of your purchase will come back to support Nantyr and all its special programs, extracurriculars, and more! Make sure to say, "I'm here for Nantyr"
when you make your order to be sure it counts."

Covid tip of the Day: Numbers are on the rise, so let’s all try to be a little more careful as we approach the Spring season. Be sure to have your mask covering both your nose and your mouth at all times when you are in the school, and any time you are outside when you can’t social distance. Let’s all do our part to keep each other safe.

And now the joke of the day:
I got fired from my job at the bank today.
An old lady came in and asked me to check her balance, so I pushed her over.
